DISCIPLINE & PRODUCTIVITY PART 4 - OUR PHYSICAL FITNESS

This is another big one. I forced myself into saying how much I love exercising and now I really do!💪🏾🧘🏾‍♀️🧗🏾‍♀️ My body even craves it if there’s too much time between getting my workouts in. But …. we have to build up to that place.

Most people I hang around have some sort of exercise regimen going on - bike riding, gym, walking, running, etc. Whether it’s something you’re doing right now or plan on doing in the future, it’s still something that’s necessary to our good health and well-being. Exercise is necessary.

Along with exercise, we all need to drink adequate amounts of water every day. We also need to pay attention to what we eat. I know this all seems to be run-of-the-mill information, but when we put all of this week’s posts together we’ll see that it all adds up to being more disciplined and productive, and that helps us whether we’re at school, on the job, or in our own business lives.

I’m not saying that we should count every last calorie and start a new diet every month, but I am saying that we should pay attention to our salt and sugar intake, carbs, and desserts. We could add more salads to our food lifestyle, use less salad dressing, cut back on white flour/bread, etc. It’s the little things that count!

We’re all in this together, living that healthy lifestyle and incorporating discipline and consistency into our daily lives. Believe it or not, those things help us to become better traders, and we’ll be able to make better decisions because we will be emotionally and mentally strong!
