ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE PART 1

Hope you had a fabulous week! (FYI: This post is being uploaded on Tuesday rather than Friday - don’t bother asking, it’s a long story, lol!)

Anyway, for this post today as well as on this coming Friday we’ll be chatting up a storm about Artificial Intelligence (AI) to get us all into the groove concerning it. What is AI? I’m so glad you asked! In simple terms, AI even though it may sound (and look) like science fiction and pie in the sky, has already become our reality.

It is a branch of computer science that develops machine systems that demonstrate behaviors that are linked to human intelligence. AI programs are used to improve (and mimic) human tasks such as problem-solving, automated chat robots for customer service, and facial detection and recognition.👀

You’ve probably used a form of it if you’ve ventured into the world of auto-correct, predictive text, or Face-ID on your phone and other digital devices. The goal of AI is to provide software that can provide human-like interactions with software and offer other types of support. In my opinion, I see it as an eventual replacement for humans in certain capacities although I don’t think that it can totally do that anytime soon.

We’ve already seen the first use of AI in the fast food business with McDonald’s opening their first location where customers are served only via robots, in Ft Worth, TX. In December last year, Newsweek reported that “the branch is fully automated and requires no human contact to order and pick up your favorite meal.” 😳😩 Welp!

For sure it will put a lot of people out of work, (and that’s another reason why I push a lot about investing the extra coins you have. How about putting off buying that $200 pair of tennis shoes, and that $400 handbag for a little bit. Take that $600 and invest it!

You could buy some stock, get crypto, invest in a company that can provide their customers with affordable investment solutions (including trading crypto). You can also invest in a Mentor and learn from them, invest money in learning how to trade (so that you can make money and turn around and buy stocks/crypto to hold as investments). You can do the same thing on Etsy or Amazon - sell products to make money and invest the money you make! 🙏🏿🙌🏾
