FRIDAY FLASHBACK

This week has been a week of BTC ups and downs and as I said yesterday, “we are not moved!” We will continue to be steady and immovable in our commitment to being led by the Holy Spirit in every investment we make, whether it’s cryptocurrency or anything else.

This week we talked about:

Monday: Fort Worth, Texas is the first US city to mine BTC. With the help of the Texas Blockchain Council, Ft Worth now has 3 mining rigs that are running 24/7 in the climate-controlled IT wing of the Ft Worth City Hall - and I am excited about it!💃🏾

Tuesday: Education keeps fear away! If we’re scared about having money, or scared because we think we’re too old to learn about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, or scared about entering the crypto market, then the way to overcome that is by educating ourselves. We also discussed that crypto could very well be trading anywhere between $100K or $3M in the future and we don’t want to be the ones wishing we bought in when the price was what it is today ($29K).

Wednesday: We discussed crypto prices diving down and back up again - we should be prepared for the crash (and the volatility). There are a lot of reasons for the prices swinging up and down: interest rates rising, federal agencies developing plans to oversee cryptocurrency, the Russia invasion into Ukraine; as well as the confidence level of the average consumer, has also dipped.

Thursday: USA inflation has risen to its highest in 4 decades and there’s a move by the Feds to try to control it. BTC traders and investors are keeping their eyes on inflation as BTC is now being viewed as a hedge against inflation. Whether it dips or it rises, we’re going to be OK because we are always led by the Holy Spirit!

Have an enjoyable weekend! There will be no Crypto Devotional on Monday; celebrate Memorial Day by doing something nice for yourself, and wear sunscreen if you’re going to be out there! MUAH!😘
