VACATION TIME IS OVER, BACK TO WORK SHERMA! 🙌🏾

Hey peeps, I’m back! It was a wonderful vacay, and I had a lot of fun; I can hardly wait to take another trip!🙌🏾 I’ll attach a vacation pic each day for a couple of days this week.

And now, back to crypto! So much has happened in the crypto world but you know I was keeping up with all of it! So we’ll start by seeing what’s happening with the ETH merger. First things first: The Ethereum 2.0 upgrade is not technically a replacement for Ethereum. Instead, it is best described as a merger.👀🤷🏾‍♀️ (I’m just saying what the experts are saying!).

Planet Crypto is saying that it is "not accurate to think of Eth2 as a separate blockchain." Welp, we’re all still learning! What we do know is that the ETH 2.0 upgrade is closer than ever and testing has already begun. There’s a tentative date of 9-19-2022 for the transition towards PoS (proof of stake). We discussed what this was in the blog post dated July 20 and July 25, 2022. All things considered, we are very close!🙌🏾🤸🏿‍♀️

What’s happening with BTC? Well as of the time of writing this post, BTC is at $24,141. In my opinion, BTC is just as likely to fall as it is to rise; that is the nature of this beast but long-term investors already knew that, and don’t mind dealing with it. (This is your weekly reminder to arm yourself with Crypto experts and mentors who know what the currency is doing. I’ll add a link below. 😊)

There are currently more than 20,000 cryptocurrency projects that represent the entire $1.07 trillion crypto market. That.is.a.lot.of. money for digital currency with the oldest being Bitcoin at just 13 years old! Forbes Magazine is citing these 10 coins below as the top 10 for the month of August so far:👇🏾👇🏾

Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, US Dollar Coin, Binance Coin, XRP, Binance USD, Cardano, Solana, and Dogecoin. Keep these in mind when you’re ready to do your research and of course, your due diligence!
